Welcome to the Lannom & Williams Law Firm

We are a firm of trial lawyers engaged in criminal defense and civil trial practice that focuses on representing everyday people and small family businesses nationwide — not big corporations, insurance companies, or the government.  For the past 16 years Frank Lannom and Keith Williams have used their time and talents to defend people and protect their rights, whether they have been harmed by the actions of corporations, targeted by the government in a criminal investigation, or injured by the carelessness of another.

Over the years this desire to represent the people of our community, not the government or big corporations, focused our practice in the fields of criminal defense and representing injured people in personal injuries cases.  With Frank focusing on the defense of citizens accused of crimes, and Keith representing injured people, the law firm of Lannom and Williams was formed.

Criminal Defense Attorneys

In the field of criminal defense, we handle cases across the state of Tennessee in state and federal courts, including DUI charges, vehicular homicide, drug charges, criminal sexual allegations and all other unjust criminal allegations against individuals.  We start by focusing on the constitutional rights of our clients, including the right to be represented by counsel, the right to be free of unreasonable search and seizure, and ultimately, if necessary, the right to a jury trial.

Personal Injury Attorneys

In the field of injury law, we represent people who have suffered injuries at the workplace, during recreational activities, or in automobile, trucking, railroad or aviation accidents, as well as from medical malpractice.  We also take legal action based on products liability for injury or loss caused by defective products, such as equipment, toys, medical prostheses, pharmaceuticals, household products, etc.

The law firm of Lannom and Williams consists of five (5) attorneys, a paralegal staff and investigators, with expansive expertise in the fields of personal injury and criminal defense law.  The firm is located in Lebanon, Tennessee, with an office in Nashville, Tennessee.  While we represent clients nationwide, our practice is focused in the Middle Tennessee area, particularly in Wilson County, Smith County, Trousdale County, Macon County, Jackson County, Sumner County, and Davidson County.
